Tai and Sam’s wedding was one of the funnest events I’ve ever photographed! They spent a lot of time planning all the details, from handing out stunna shades and customized reusable stainless steel water bottles to all the guests, to filling water guns with paint for the best Trash the Dress session ever (watch the slideshow!). The ceremony took place at Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes, which is a natural sanctuary made of glass and stone designed by architect Lloyd Wright, son of Frank Lloyd Wright. After the ceremony, all the guests went back to the Hyatt Long Beach for the reception, and Tai and Sam kicked it off with a perfectly executed choreographed first dance. For the rest of the night, the dance party was on and aside from trips to the photo booth, the only thing that stopped the dancing was when Tai and Sam cut the cake and proceeded to fully smear it all over each other. Another highlight was when Tai “iced” Sam by attaching a bottle of Smirnoff Ice to her leg and completely took him by surprise when he went in for the garter! Seriously, the cutest couple EVER.
